I\u2019m in charge of operations and ensuring that we are delivering the best quality work and exceptional results for our clients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">I\u2019m also responsible for the overall digital and marketing strategy for many of our key clients which includes publicly traded companies, companies backed by major VC and PE firms, and mid-sized companies from various industries.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong> What are your key priorities over the next twelve months?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>AB:<\/strong> Implement a <a href=\"https:\/\/searchenginewatch.com\/2020\/01\/03\/voice-search-impact-seo-in-2020\/\">voice search<\/a> strategy for all of our B2C and B2B clients, and continue to leverage <a href=\"https:\/\/searchenginewatch.com\/2020\/01\/02\/quantum-supremacy-and-eight-seo-trends-2020\/\">voice search<\/a> as a channel to drive new customer acquisitions for our clients.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong> What is your biggest challenge in achieving those?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>AB:<\/strong> Most companies haven&#8217;t allocated a budget specific to just voice search, and aren\u2019t taking the time to truly understand how their customers are either looking for information or shopping through voice. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Because of this, we are having to spend a lot of time educating companies about the importance of having a voice search strategy and budget.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong> What\u2019s your advice to others who may be facing similar challenges?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>AB:<\/strong> Educate your teams or clients on voice search and how it\u2019s changing the way customers are shopping or looking for information.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong> What\u2019s an interesting trend you\u2019re seeing in the market right now?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>AB:<\/strong> The integration of voice search technology in cars, TVs, appliances and other devices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong> How do you expect it will change in the next 6-12 months?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>AB:<\/strong> With all the money being invested in R&amp;D by the big players (Amazon, Google, Apple and Microsoft), I would expect to see this trend to continue growing, and for voice search technology to be available on even more devices.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><strong> Tell us a bit about your session at the Search Summit?<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>AB:<\/strong> My session will be about optimizing for voice search <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">and more specifically about the steps companies must take to rank for position 0.
